HAC has not only been an advocate of economic development for the Hmong community, but has always been eager to partner with other community organizations for the benefit of all low-income people in the Valley. To this end, it is collaborating actively with The Coalition of Urban Pueblos Economic Development (CRPED) and Agrupacion de Madres Activas en education (AMA), with which it has a pending grant for a joint project to help bridge the digital divide among all low-income families in the Fresno area. CRPED may also become a partner in the fish farming project.
