Funded by the Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC), HAC is now at its final stage in planing for a Health/Community Center and affordable single family housing for the Hmong whose ownership is 10% or less. This project will simultaneously address health, housing, job training & economic development and will be a model ready for replication in other Hmong community after it has been fully completed.
